--> In the occasion which a purchase is refunded, your commission will be deducted from your overall earnings. In such a (rare) case, you will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours.

--> Payments are issued for every on the 1st and 16th of each month directly via PayPal. 

--> You agree not to act as a representative of our "Company", in any imaginable act. 

--> As an associate or customer, you agree to refrain from infringing the rights of the Killer-Body.com proprietary products.

--> Paying taxes in your own Country is your sole obligation.

--> Our "Company" honors and values its' associations. You have absolutely no financial obligation on your part, as an "affiliate". If for any reason, you decide to act legally against our "Company", you unreservedly agree to pay every expense (such as bureaucratic / attorney's fees) which the LAW imposes, nationally - or Internationally.
